Order Processing & Delivery Dates
All green living product orders received will begin processing for delivery within 24-48 hours of the purchase ordering date with exception to holidays within 48-72 hours. All product merchandise will be shipped within the U.S. from specified merchandise factory outlets stated within each Product Page. Most product shipments (with exception to Custom-Made orders) will ship within 7-10 business days from date of invoice placement order to factory outlet.
Special Instructions
If you have an special instructions request, such as shipping directions or alternate shipping address, please include a note in the PayPal Payment pages note field.
Your Information
Any personal information submitted while shopping will be kept for private business use only and will be not be distributed to any other persons or businesses except what is necessary for mailing purposes.
Product Information
Certain product information is furnished for each merchandise order such as Care Instructions, General Maintenance, Sanitation Procedures, Tank Handling, and Manufacturer's Warranty. Every order received will be provided the applicable information for that ordered product(s) via e-mail once the order has been shipped. Assembly Instructions will be included within every shipment order as necessary.
Product Merchandise
Due to the nature of our Green Living Products from different factory outlets, there are various guidelines that each outlet follows for their products. Purchasers are responsible to note each product offerings for warranty, returns, and shipping info within each Product Page offering.
Payment Methods by PayPal Ordering
- Purchases Inside USA
We accept payment for green living products via Online pay by PayPal.com using real-time secure pay and with or without a PayPay signup account. Both Mirasol Solar Energy Systems and PayPal.com will send you an purchase order confirmation via e-mail.
- Purchases Outside the USA 48 Continental States
Please request shipping quote to any other U.S. location directly from our product department via e-mail at products@mirasolenergysystems.com. We will e-mail you with details concerning item availability, shipping availability, and shipping costs in your area.
Shipping & Handling
Orders will be shipped directly from factory producer outlets whereby freight shipping carriers will be used for all product deliveries. All shipping orders will only be shipped to physical existing addresses (sorry, no p.o. boxes).
FREE SHIPPING is available within the 48 continental states in the United States. Products ship from U.S. factory outlets within 7-10 business days from date of invoice placement order to factory outlet. All freight shipping by FedEx or UPS carriers. Each order will come with a packing slip and assembly instructions when applicable.
Each shipping order will be provided a tracking number for merchandise delivery order status via the Carrier's website. An order tracking notification will be sent to you via e-mail once your order is ready to ship.
Return Policy & Claims
If you need to return any green living merchandise or if you have not received your order or your order contains damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please use our Green Living Merchandise Returns form to return products or to claim any problem ordered products. Upon receival of the returns form we will promptly process your product return request.
All merchandise product returns will be shipped back directly to factory producer outlets and will require prior authorization for return shipment. Please do not return any green living merchandise until requested to do so by our product service department.
Buyers are responsible for prepaid freight return shipping costs plus item value insurance and shipper delivery confirmation or tracking to ensure your package has been received. Upon verifying that the returned green living merchandise is in original condition, we will issue you a full refund via PayPal.com where original purchase was performed. Refunds for credit may take up to 30-90 days from return request processing date.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most of our green living product merchandise with some exceptions to Custom-Made product orders or other merchandise specifically stated (please refer to the specific Product Page upon which you placed your order).
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the un-used purchased item(s) in it's original condition with the original retail packaging for a full refund. Only original receipts will be accepted as proof of purchase and will be required to verify your product purchase. Purchaser is responsible to photo copy original purchase receipt and retain original Carrier product return receipts in the event of lost return delivery for additional proof of purchase.
Purchasers are responsible to immediately inspect all merchandise order shipments received upon Carrier delivery to ensure product arrival condition for acceptance. Any defects, shipping damage, or product problems should be noted to delivery Carrier and merchandise delivery is to be refused for delivery acceptance for immediate return to original sender. Upon return delivery, original Sender will examine merchandise for replacement and notify Distributor of product re-delivery shipping date.
Any Green Living merchandise damaged from shipping due to product arrival non-inspection or lost in delivery transit will be refunded in full when proof of a damage / lost claim has been filed with Carrier shipping service and any return of green living merchandise has been received by original Sender. If your order has been filled incorrectly, we will give you a refund upon return of merchandise or amend your order to the correct order.

A Bright Idea 
Tankless water heating systems work great with solar! The solar system preheats your water, applies the right pressure to move the hot water quickly to each faucet and you save lots of money on your energy bill!
If a big Solar Thermal or PV system is a little too much of an investment for you, start small. Just heating your domestic water with a Solar Thermal System can mean big savings for you.
Photovoltaic systems for making electricity can start small too. The new mircroinverters that attach to each, individual solar panel means that you can start with just one or two panels that can produce power for a major appliance such as your TV or a freezer. A LITTLE GREEN
GOES A LONG WAY
Find little, inventive ways to save energy. Look at all the appliances you use and how you use them. You may find that some of your habits are small energy wasters like small leaks in a boat. You can plug up those holes for big energy savings with little changes, such as:
You may love your Pamela Anderson screen saver but she is not an energy saver. Screen savers continue to use the monitor at full power and do not conserve energy. Remember - manually turning monitors off is always the better energy-saving strategy.
Consider resetting your printer margins narrower and using a smaller font to reduce the paper that you use, and the trees that are cut down and energy used to ship the extra paper you are wasting.
When it is time to upgrade your computer, consider a laptop. They are much more energy efficient than a desktop model.
Move halogen lamps away from the air conditioning thermostat. The heat produced by the light will make your air conditioner run longer than is necessary.
Plant tall, creeping vines on the western wall of your home. They will reduce the afternoon heat on your house in the summer but let the heat through when the plant drops its leaves in the winter.
Speaking of plants, bamboo makes a great natural fence, can grow a foot a day and absorbs huge amounts of carbon dioxide.
Buy locally grown, raised and produced goods to avoid trucking.
Plan a green wedding: get your cake at a local bakery, order seasonal flowers, and buy wine from a local vintner.
